Q: Can I customize my order?
Yes! Most of our 3D printed accessories can be customized. Select your options on the product page, and we’ll craft it just for you.

Q: How long does it take to make my order?
Because each piece is custom 3D printed, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items in their original packaging.

Q: Are custom items returnable?
Custom and personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@thechristopherwalton.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses Shopify’s secure checkout with full SSL encryption to protect your data.
