Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All orders are custom 3D printed and typically ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    • International: 7–21 business days (may vary based on location and customs).

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Custom Orders

Because many of our items are made-to-order, please allow additional time for processing. Any customization details provided during checkout will be applied exactly as submitted.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • Eligible Returns:

    • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized products (unless defective or damaged).

    • Sale or clearance items.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at support@thechristopherwalton.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an eligible item, please email us first to confirm availability.
